=Facility no longer hot holds soup.
=2 compartment sink with sink plugs available for manual dishwashing. Staff are able to demonstrate proper warewashing procedures
=Sanitizer solution approximately >400 ppm QUATS available in spray bottles. Discussed with operator to have dispenser concentration adjusted to be 200 ppm QUATS, as this formulation, according to the chemical bottle, will require rinsing after use on food contact surfaces.
=No evidence of pest activity noted at the time of inspection, Staff is certified in FOODSAFE level 1 but certificate was not available at the time of inspection. have certificate available for inspection at all times of operation.
