High temperature dishwasher in good working order; measured 77.9 C at plate level after final rinse cycle

**Noted breakfast sandwiches (which have meat products in them) stored at room temperature. Staff advised that those for display only, not for sale.**
**Staff advised that utensils such as tongs and pots/jars are cleaned and sanitized via dishwasher every hour (timer present to inform staff)**
