Comments

- Premises and equipment maintained in sanitary condition.
- Handwashing sinks in food preparation area and staff washroom were supplied with liquid soap and paper towel.
- 3 compartment sink set up for manual dishwashing. Sanitizer solution (200ppm chlorine) present in sink for sanitizing step. Manual dishwashing procedures posted. Chlorine test strips present.
- In use utensils are stored in a sanitary manner and switched with clean utensils every 4 hours.
- Food contact surface sanitizer solution (100-200ppm chlorine) present in labelled spray bottles.
- Food is stored in a manner to prevent contamination. Foods are covered/wrapped and dry goods are stored on shelving off of the floor.
- Controls are in place to prevent cross contamination. Raw chicken and batter used for raw chicken are stored in separate coolers from vegetables (radishes and lettuce). Raw chicken prep (battering) is completed on a separate prep surface from cooked/ready to eat items.

- Small undercounter cooler (condiments) 0C

- Thermometers present in coolers for temperature monitoring. Temperatures of coolers are checked and recorded daily. Records were up to date.

- No signs of pest activity noted at the time of the inspection. Ensure monitoring for pest activity is in place and action taken if any signs of pests are present.
- Foodsafe requirement met at time of the inspection. Operator present and has completed Foodsafe level 1. Additional staff has completed Foodsafe level 1 to ensure coverage in Operator's absence.
