Code 211 noted on Routine inspection # PKUR-CGRNGD of Jul-27-2022 Semi critical items not adequately cleaned and disinfected Observation: Tweezers not kept in a clean condition (hair from previous clients observed). Correction: Tweezers to be cleaned and disinfected with CS20 after use. Organize implements so that it is clear which ones are dirty and still require cleaning. Suggest keeping an extra stock of implements so that there always clean and disinfected implements available for use. Correct immediately.

Follow-up to inspection report PKUR-CGRNGD. Discussed proper disinfection procedures with staff on-site. Provided Standard Operating Procedures for Waxing. Ensure infection control requirements are followed. Staff indicated tweezers are rarely used. Please note tweezers must be disinfected with a high level disinfectant if used to break the skin. **Note: Cleaning and organization of implements is still required. Implements must be kept in a clean condition.**
