Shelving provided above sink. Racks can be put in & removed from dw from the one side. Reno's not required. Keep the 3rd sink clear at all times. Outstanding Items: -Develop & submit food safety & sanitation plans by FEB 14. -Both owners require FS level 1 certification FEB 28
