Observation:
Cleaning is required in crevices above knobs of "Vitality" juice dispenser. This was also noted on the previous routine inspection.

Observation:
Ambient temperature of prep cooler measured at 7.2 degrees Celsius. High temperature for this cooler has already been reflected on the temperature logs. No potentially hazardous foods stored in this cooler at the time of inspection.
Corrective Action(s):
Service prep cooler so temperature is maintained at or below 4 degrees Celsius (40 degrees Fahrenheit). Do not store any potentially hazardous foods in this cooler until receiving written confirmation from the Health Inspector.

Routine Inspection:
- Hand washing stations (main and at both 2-compartment sinks) fully equipped with liquid soap, paper towels and hot/cold running water.
- All temperatures met health requirements:
Hot holding units maintained above 60 degrees Celsius.
Stand-up cooler = 2.2 degrees Celsius
Stand-up freezer = -18.6 degrees Celsius
Walk-in cooler = 3.4 degrees Celsius
Sandwich prep cooler =
Stand-up freezer #1 in storage room = -22 degrees Celsius
Stand-up freezer #2 in storage room = -20 degrees Celsius
Walk-in freezer temperature satisfactory.
- Thermometers equipped in all cold holding units.
- Probe thermometer available onsite.
- Temperature logs and dishwasher logs well maintained.
- Low temperature dishwasher sanitizing with 50 ppm chlorine.
- 2-compartment sink in dishwashing area equipped with hot/cold running water and drain plugs.
- Concentration of QUATs sanitizer at dispenser = >200 ppm.
- Concentration of QUATs sanitizer in spray bottle = 200 ppm.
- 2-compartment prep sink available with hot/cold running water.
- General food storage practices very good at the time of inspection:
Foods are covered and protected from contamination.
Foods stored at least 6 inches (15 cm) off the floor.
No dented cans observed in dry storage.
Dry storage organized.
Bulk foods (e.g. flour, sugar, oats) stored in pest proof containers.
- No signs of pest activity at the time of inspection.
- Back door open at the time of inspection, however screen door was closed and has a secure mesh.
- Premises well lit.
- Ice machine clean. Ice scoop stored in designated container.
