Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Coffee creamers in the front small cooler and various potentially hazardous food items (cut vegetables, cheese, sauce) in the small prep cooler were stored at above 4C

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Buckets of Quat sanitizer in bar area and near walk-in freezer were measured to be 50-100 ppm
Corrective Action(s): Discard and refill these buckets with new sanitizer. Ensure the sanitizer is prepared fresh at least every 2 hours to ensure concentration is adequate (200 ppm). Date to be completed by: Immediately

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Front hand washing station basin was used to store a wiping cloth and a spoon.
Corrective Action(s): Remove the wiping cloth and spoon. Hand washing stations should not be obstructed or used for storing equipment. They should be kept available at all times for hand washing and not used for any other purpose. Date to be completed by: Immediately

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Scoops were stored inside the multiple dry bulk food bins. The scoop handle were in direct contact with the bulk food.
Corrective Action(s): Remove these scoops and store them in a location where they will not be in direct contact with the bulk food to avoid contamination. Date to be completed by: Immediately

Observation: 1) Small cooler for coffee creamers in the front area is unable to maintain temperatures of 4C or below uniformly. The top section was measured to be 4-6C. The middle section was measured to be 8-9C. The bottom section was measured to be 10-11C.
2) The small prep cooler at the cook line is unable to maintain temperatures of 4C or below. Temperatures were measured to be 9-11C throughout the cooler space.
Corrective Action(s): Repair both of these coolers so they are able to maintain temperatures of 4C or below. Do not store any perishable foods in these coolers until it has been repaired. Date to be completed by: March 16, 2018

-Dry storage is satisfactory
-Ice machine is satisfactory. Ice scoop stored separately.
-No signs of pests observed during inspection
