Observation: 1) Lack of sanitizer testing strips at facility for testing three compartment sink sanitizer solution. CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION. Testing strips found
2) Janitorial supply area supplying sanitizer solution at a level stronger than 200ppm QUAT. Sanitizer solution stronger than 200ppm is no longer food grade. Solution was tested to be at 10,000 ppm or greater!
3) All Sanitizer spray bottles found to be at concentrations greater than 200ppm - CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION BY STAFF AND HEALTH INSPECTOR

Observation: Rodent droppings found in back storage area on floor (behind pizza prep area and main kitchen). Rodent droppings found in kitchen area on floor in corners, near door opening to back storage area and under some shelves.
Traps were all checked and empty during inspection.

Observation: Back doors open to back storage area where large amounts of rodent feces found. Gap on bottom of one of these doors.
