Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION):
Premises does not hold a valid decal as yearly permit fees have not been paid. Provided outstanding permit fees letter to the owner.
Corrective Action(s):
Immediately pay the outstanding permit fees of $150. During the inspection, the owner provided a cheque (#155) of $150 for the fees.

Comments

A routine inspection was conducted, the following observations were made:
- Coolers 4C or colder; freezers -19C or colder; thermometers present.
- All foods stored 6" off the floor on shelves or racks.
- Bulk candy stations had tongs and plastic bags.
- No expired foods for sale.
- Soft serve ice cream, scooped ice cream and slushies offered for sale. Hot dogs and sandwiches no longer made and sold.
- General sanitation level is good. No signs of pests.
- Hand sink stocked with liquid soap, paper towels, and running hot and cold water.
- Bleach present for sanitizing of utensils.
- FoodSafe certified staff present.
