- The premises has been cleaned and organized. Most items boxes and food product are now stored off the floor. Good - Continue to do the following to prevent entry of pests and minimize activity of mice: 1) Ensure to store boxes, cardboard boxes and other articles at least 6" off the floor and 4" away from the wall 2) Place glue traps in areas where droppings are found 3) Repair or fix any water leaks or sources of dripping water 4) Move and clean underneath ALL FRIDGES and shelving daily.
