General observations:
- Handsinks in kitchen area equipped with liquid soap, hot and cold running water, and paper towel
- Bleach surface sanitizer measured to be 200ppm
- High temperature dishwasher with final rinse temperature of 78.6C
- Glasswasher with final rinse of 12.5ppm iodine
- Ice machine observed to be in sanitary condition
- Temperature logs maintained and available onsite
- All coolers (walk-in, prep cooler, line and stand cooler) were 4C or less
- All freezers (walk-in and stand freezers measured -18C or less)
- No pest activity observed
- Beer guns observed to be in sanitary condition
- Permit in visible location

Note:
1) Install a paper towel holder in front bar area beside handsink
2) Standing freezer has frost build-up and requires defrosting
