Observation: Old rodent droppings still observed in the following areas: behind the white stand-up freezer, and around / underneath the white shelving in the storage room. Also, old rodent droppings observed around the wall area opposite to the emergency exit door.
Corrective Action(s): These rodent droppings must be removed promptly - 1 part bleach, 9 parts water. Saturate with the bleach for 15 min, then wipe with paper towel.

Observation: Stagnant water has been removed from the sink in the restroom. However, work order is still pending for the sink to be repaired.

Comments

Follow-up inspection to routine conducted on Oct 11, 2018:
- Some cleaning has been done to remove rodent droppings. Some still remaining - see violation code 304 for more details
- Vegetable compost has been removed - no more flies observed in facility hovering around compost
- Garbage bags used to store products are now removed

Operator states that additional clutter for the flooring will be removed in two weeks' time. A follow-up inspection will occur to ensure that this timeline is adhered to.
