Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Two bags of buttermilk pancake mix had chew marks from rodents in the upstairs storage room.
Corrective Action(s): Discard both bags of pancake mix immediately. Start storing the pancake mix in containers with tight fitting lids to prevent contamination from rodents.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): New staff member had filled the sanitizer bucket at FOH with floor degreaser/cleaner instead of sanitizer.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure that staff are aware that only sanitizer can be used on food contact surfaces and that they know which one that is when refilling the sanitizer bucket.
