304 - Premises not free of pests [s. 26(a)] Observation: Minor amount of mouse droppings noted on shelving where canned goods stored and bread stored. Appears to be from previous issues. Corrective Action(s): Clean up all droppings and santiize area. Monitor for any further activity and contact Pest Control technician if noted. Correction date: Feb. 7/18 Violation Score: 3 306 - Food premises not maintained in a sanitary condition [s. 17(1)] Observation: -Area behind counter is cluttered with items for the business and personal items. No clean/clear space present. -Dirty dishes (personal use) present with items for the store/business use inside -Thick accumulation of dust noted behind equipment -Food items stored on the floor (Operator reported delivery was just received. -2 compartment sink full of dishes (personal use) Corrective Action(s): -Remove any excess items that are no longer required for the business -Store personal items in an area separate from the business/service area. -Thoroughly clean area behind service counter -Ensure all food is stored on shelving 6 inches off of the floor. -Remove items from 2 compartment sink as it must be avaiable for washing and sanitizing coffee pots. Correction date: March 5/18 Violation Score: 9 309 - Chemicals, cleansers, & similar agents stored or labeled improperly [s. 27] Observation: -Open rodenticide noted in corners of store area. -Muffins (packaged) stored adjacent to in use containers of WD-40 and stainless steel cleaner Corrective Action(s): -Immediately remove rodenticide from the premises and dispose of properly.
