Routine inspection conducted and the following were noted at the time of inspection:
Walk-in cooler was at 3C.
Delfield standup cooler was at 10C. Cooler unit was only used to stored whole fruits and vegetables. Staff member advised that a technician has been called to repair the unit. Ensure not to use the unit to store cold potentially hazardous foods until it is able to keep food products less than or equal to 4C.
Walk-in freezer was at -18C.
Hot holding temperature of food products was at least 60C.
Fruit products for salad were being washed. Ensure all produce are properly washed prior to being served.
High temperature dishwasher achieved a final rinse temperature at plate level of at least 72C on multiple cycles. Ensure unit is monitored daily to ensure a temperature of at least 72C is achieved at plate level.
General sanitation was satisfactory.
No pest activity noted.
Quats dispenser was greater than 400ppm. Quat sanitizer only needs to be set to a concentration between 200ppm to 400ppm
All food items properly covered and stored at least 6 inches off the ground.
Hand washing stations satisfactory.
3 compartment and prep sink satisfactory.

NOTE:
All FOODSAFE certificate issued prior to July 31, 2013 had expired on July 31, 2018. Ensure required staff members renew their FOODSAFE Level 1 certification and maintains a copy of their certificate on-site.
