Corrective Action(s): Handwash stations must be accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels to facilitate proper handwashing. Hot water was turned back on at the time of inspection.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Dough was covered with a garbage bag.
Corrective Action(s): Discontinue the use of garbage bags to cover foods. Garbage bags are not considered food grade materials and may potentially contaminate foods. Garbage bag was removed at the time of inspection

Comments

-Walk-in cooler was at 4C.
-Pizza prep cooler ranged from 2C to 4C (top) - bottom cooler unit is not used..
-Prep cooler was at 4C (bottom) - top cooler unit is not used.
-Chest freezers were at -10C and -18C.
-Cleaning and sanitizing carried out in the 3-compartment sink. Bleach was tested at 100ppm.
-Bleach sanitizer pail was at 200ppm.
-Hanwdash station accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
-Raw meats stored below ready-to-eat foods.
-General sanitation good at the time of inspection.
-Facility is serviced by a professional pest control operator on a monthly basis. No signs of pests noted at the time of inspection.
-FOODSAFE Level 1 valid until May 08, 2023
