Comments

-Hand-sink at bar requires soap in dispenser, paper towel dispenser needs to be mounted
-Bleach in spray bottle @ 100ppm to be used for counters
-Glass-washer @ 12.5ppm
-Back prep area equipped with single compartment sink @ the moment for filling spray bottles etc. If glass-washer were to break it will not provide enough sanitizer. Beer service would need to closed until glass-washer is repaired, as back sink is only a single compartment.
-Beer only to be served @ bar.
-If food is to be added, contact inspector about renovations and requirements in order to be permitted for food service
-Growlers are rinsed @front, customer to clean as per liquor board requirements.
-Back of house cleaning and sanitizing with Sodium Hydroxide, Phosphoric Acid, Potassium Hydroxide, Triphosphoric Acid, Sodium Hypochlorite Oxonia Active and Iodophor.
