-cooking line has been shortened, 1 shawarma cooking unit has been removed and support counter replaced with smaller counter, handsink and adjacent counter is now fully accessible. -oversized cooking pot not to be used, all cooking ware to be sized to wholly fit within dishwashing sink compartments. -walk-in cooler 4 deg. C -walk-in cooler walls and floor restored to durable, easily cleanable surfaces -new door sweep installed at side door entrance -exterior wall and sides of walk-in cooler have been pest proofed -plumbing work removed from wall -construction debris cleaned -film removed from steel work. Note-ensure handsink by shawarma has a hand sop dispenser provided -lower steel shelf above back area food prep counter, remove sharp metal edges. -provide a pest control service agreement to serve premise -permit fee cheque #457 collected, $150.00 -Permit to Operate issued, premise may operate when ready.
