Follow up inspection was conducted in response to a reported power outage in the 9000 block near 152 street Surrey B.C possibly in relation to a fire at a nearby food service establishment. Power outage was reported to occur in the area on April 11, 2019 from approximately 5:10 AM to 8:52 AM.

-Person in charge on shift for the KFC/Taco Bell stated that shifts began at 9 AM on April 11, 2019 and that there were no signs of a power outage.
-Temperature log from April 11, 2019 10 AM had refrigeration temperatures documented at or below 40 degrees F and freezers at or below 0 degrees F.
-Person in charge stated that cold product temperatures were at or below 40 degrees F on April 11, 2019 at 10 AM when they were checked.
-Restaurant had power at the time of inspection on April 12, 2019. Walk-in-cooler and walk-in-freezer temperatures were satisfactory.
-Please continue to follow your written approved food safety plan.
-Hot and cold running water was available at the handsink.
