Follow up inspection conducted: Test strips available for food contact surface sanitizer. Ice machine is cleaned and is in sanitary condition. Pest control company is treating drains for drain fly/fruit fly. Glass washer was fully disassembled for cleaning and was not able to test at this time - Operator is to submit a picture of test result and a dishwasher testing log for review.
