- New Taqueria station has been added, cooler side was 6 C internal temperature adjusted and lids are on order. Keep small portions in inserts and replace frequently (~2hrs) until unit maintains 4 C or colder. Hot holding side was 60 C.

- Coolers were 4 C or colder
- Hot holding was 60 C or hotter
- Freezers were - 18 C or colder
- Hand sinks had liquid soap, paper towel, hot and cold water
- Spray bottle had 200 ppm quats
- Dishwasher had a final rinse of 76 C at the plate
- No Signs of pest activity noted during inspection
