No operator present during inspection. Facility unlocked and accessible to the public. Inspection report to be dropped off next business day.

General Observations:
- Handsink equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel
- Cooler operating at </=4 C
- Freezers operating at </= -18C
- Only foods stored on site include ice and some salad dressings
- No sanitizer could be found. Previous inspection reports state that it is stored in a locked area. Bleach sanitizer must be mixed as follows to achieve 100 ppm as required: 1/2 teaspoon 5.25% bleach in 1 L of water. Sanitize surfaces before and after food preparation.
- No dishware on site
- No signs of pests observed
- General sanitation is adequate
