Reinspection based on previous inspection report. - Food Storage: Improved. Ensure all food/ingredients are being store in covered, food grade containers. - Sanitation: Great improvement. Ensure the facility is being kept clean and organized. All items are to be stored in designated areas. Cleaning schedules are to be implemented to ensure the hard to reach areas are being cleaned on a routine basis. Structurally: Deteriorating surfaces/flooring are to be upgraded. Ensure an effort is made to make improvements. Thank you!
