Confirmation is received re: correction made to noted issues.
For the past few of days we have complete most of the fixing processes and I'm going to explain to you with pictures in this email.
PIC 1&2
We have prepared sanitizers for all departments and have them labeled. Hand sanitizers are also within reach of cashiers.
PIC 3,4&5
We have started using time log sheets by every department to monitor temperatures of all coolers, freezer, hot holding, showcase, etc.

We have prepared new thermometers for all units that require temperature monitoring. pic 6 is an example.

We have cleaned the area under the sick of our deli department.

We have included the suppliers' names and packing dates for the side dishes.

We have included the suppliers' names and packing dates for nuts and dried fruits.

We have cleaned up our freezer.

We have cleaned all the surfaces underneath our shelves and also bought new shelving units as instructed.

The only part which is still in process is our walking coolers. We have met up several times with Jones Food Store Equipment Ltd. who we've working years with and discussed about how shall we are going to fix our cooler problem. After consultations and suggestions from Jones, we have almost decided to get two new coolers. All we need to do now is just wait for their quote and we'll set up a time schedule right after we receive it and I will let you know as soon as possible. if there's anything else you want to mention or questions, please let me know.
