You are NOT approved by Fraser Health to provide eyelash extension or microblading services.

Nails:
- Credo (pedicure) blades are single use. Disposal - see above.
- Semi critical items - see above.
- Foot bath - see above. Disposable single use liners used.
- Disposable items include absorbent files, buffers, toe separators, sanding bands, etc.
- Nail Services checklist provided and reviewed with Manager during inspection.
Waxing:
- Single use waxing strips and wooden wax applicators.
- Tweezers - see above.
- Using small room with hand sink.
- Waxing Services checklist provided and reviewed with manager during inspection.
Eyelash and brow tinting:
- Using tints that are labelled for use by professionals (with training) only and labelled for use on lashes and brows - ok.
- Clean and disinfect glass mixing bowl using high level disinfectant (such as CS20 or alternative high level disinfectant).
- Using room with hand sink.
Eyelash Extensions:
- NOT approved. Stop providing this service. Contact Fraser Health.
Microblading:
- NOT approved. Stop providing this service. Contact Fraser Health.
General:
- Use all chemicals as per label (dilution, ventilation, contact time, re-use/when to change, safety for staff, no mixing of chemicals).
- Hand washing sinks in main nail services area, small waxing treatment room, and washroom have hot/cold water, liquid soap, and single use (paper) towels.
- Laundry is on site. Using bleach and hot dry cycle.
- Two compartment sink at back for clean up.
