C stored in walk-in cooler: --> cooked at 12 noon and cooled in ice bath --> time is 3:30 pm now --> Discard soup immediately. Operator is not temperature checking cooling foods before placing in fridge. --> no ice wand available --> see details of last report. --> Correction Order issued.
