Ubrew facility for wine (U-vin).
Customers bottle their own wine.
Customers can use the back area hand washing sink with hot/cold water, liquid soap and paper towels.
Front area sink only has cold water - future renovations or ownership change - provide hot water at this sink as well.
Cleaning - chlorinated detergent used to clean carboys and hoses/lines.
Sanitizing - sodium percarbonate is used carboys, hoses and lines. Instructions for dilution are available and reviewed with operator during the inspection - ok.
Hand washing sink in staff washroom has hot/cold water, liquid soap and paper towels in a dispenser.
Hose at back double sink has a backflow preventer.
No signs of pests today.
