Comments

Hand washing sinks supplied with hot/cold running water and provided with liquid soap and paper towels in dispensers.
Sanitizing solution available at 200 ppm (quats) in 3 compartment sink and spray bottle.
All food items were protected from contamination (stored off the floor and covered).
No signs of pests noted during inspection (pest control monitoring to be in place).
Staff on duty has Food Safe 1 training - have copy of Food Safe certificate on site.
Hand sanitizer available by the self serve beverage/chips station.

Temperature checks:
*Walk-in cooler was at 2-3 deg C (ambient temp.).
*Walk-in freezer was at -19 deg C (ambient temp.).
*Under counter cooler was at 3-4 deg C (ambient temp.).
*Hot holding for meat balls with sauce was 67 deg C (internal temp of meatball).
*Deli service cooler - tuna = 3.1 deg C; chicken = 2.9 deg C
*Sliced veggie cooler - green peppers and lettuce at 3-4 deg C

Daily temperature log was available and up to date.
General sanitation was satisfactory at time of inspection.
