Hand sinks provided with constant supply of liquid soap and paper towels.
Quats sanitizer in spray bottle measured 200 ppm.
Prep line coolers were at 3-4 deg C.
Line freezer was at -18 deg C.
Hot holding for soup/sauce was at >60 deg C.
Walk-in cooler was at 3-4 deg C.
Walk-in freezer was at -18 deg C.
Low temp. dishwasher had chlorine residual of 100 ppm.
Temperature log was available and up to date. However, ensure to include hot holding and dishwasher.
Walk-in cooler was organized and all food items were covered and labelled.
Food items were stored off the floor.
Bar area - hand sink adequately maintained. and all food items were covered and labelled.
Employees were wearing hair restraint and clean uniforms.
Staff washrooms and public washrooms were in sanitary condition.
No pests noted at time of visit. Pest control in place.
Overall sanitation was satisfactory at time of inspection.
