Dishwasher tested at 71C at plate surface during rinse cycle
Dry storage organization has improved
All other temperatures meet health requirements

Black 2 door bar cooler used as a desk is >4C, however no perishable products are stored in this unit and operators are aware that unit is not maintaining 4C
