Follow up inspection

Spray bottles with bleach sanitizer had not been labelled as required from the last inspection report. Instructed staff to label the two spray bottles at time of inspection.
Bleach sanitizer in bucket for in-use wiping cloths had less than 10ppm chlorine (as per test strips). Instructed staff to change the bleach sanitizer (1 oz bleach per 4 liters of water). The new bucket of sanitizer had 200ppm chlorine. Reminded staff to change the bucket of bleach sanitizer after the morning rush, lunch rush and dinner rush.
Despite an inadequate sanitizer concentration, in-use wiping cloths were being kept in the bucket of sanitizer.

Bird seed has been removed from the premise.
Boxes of soft drink have been removed from the staff washroom and relocated to a dry storage area.
Potentially hazardous foods along the cook line stored in coolers and covered to prevent contamination.
