Handsink in the food prep. area and both handsinks in the washrooms were adequately supplied with liquid soap, hot and cold running water, and paper towels.
Coolers were at or below 4 degrees C.
Freezers were at or below -18 degrees C.
Dishwasher final rinse temperature was 77.9 degrees C (71 degrees C or higher) at the plate.
100 ppm chlorine sanitizer was available in a sanitizing pail with wiping cloths.
No signs of recent pest activity were observed at the time of inspection.
Ice machine and ice shaving machines were in a sanitary condition. Operator mentioned that they clean, sanitize, and air dry the ice shaving machine twice very day.
Food storage areas were in a clean condition at the time of inspection.
