Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Noted the following equipment did not get sanitized properly every 4 hours:
1) Meat slicer
2) Bend saw device
3) Small meat slicer
4) Meat grinder
Corrective Action(s): Take all removable parts off the devices and sanitize in the 2 compartment sink using 100 ppm Cl bleach.
This must be done at least every 4 hours.
The main devices to be sanitize using wiping cloth with bleach.
