Handwashing station was supplied with liquid soap, hot and cold running water, and single-use paper towels. Domestic cooler was at or below 4 degrees C (measured at 1.7 degrees C). Domestic freezer was at or below -18 degrees C. Refrigeration unit was equipped with a thermometer. Probe thermometer was available. Cooking/reheating internal temperature of food to at least 74 degrees C for at least 15 seconds was reviewed. IR thermometer was available. 100 ppm chlorine sanitizer was available in the labelled spray bottle. Staff informed that they run two loads through the residential dishwasher each day. No signs of recent pest activity were evident in the food premises at the time of inspection. Signature is not required on this report due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
