Corrections Observed: - Schedule for cleaning of front displays created and cleaning done on a daily rotation over one week - Holes in wall across from office and under produce prep area have been sealed - Gap under receiving bay door has been temporarily fixed using a wooden barrier placed at base of door when store is closed, permanent door sweep on order and is due in 3 weeks according to staff - Cleaning of front displays and under display cooler has been done and significant improvement in sanitation noted - Temperature logs for walk in cooler and display cooler created on one page but only one column for both coolers ***divide record section in two and label each half with each cooler for accurate temperature records *** - Pallets for risers still in place in back area. Staff stated that produce in this area can get very heavy and is difficult to find risers that can support that weight for that space. Plan in place for using pallet jack to move pallets on a regular basis for cleaning. Significant improvements made. Continue to keep up cleaning/disinfection rotation of store and work with pest control company, following their recommendations to work towards remediating pest concerns.
