Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): One insert of roasted beef stored in the sandwich cooler measured with an internal food product temperature of 15C. The ambient air temperature of the cooler measured at 4C. Time stamp showed the beef was prepared less than 2 hours.
Corrective Action(s): Operator transferred the beef into the walk-in cooler. Cold potentially hazardous food must not be stored at room temperature.

401 - Adequate handwashing stations not available for employees [s. 21(4)]
Observation: Hand washing station located at the back kitchen was not able to provide hot/cold running water. Water only runs for a couple seconds and appears to be clouded.
Corrective Action(s): Operator contacted the plumber for service. In the meantime, use the hand washing station located at the front area for hand hygiene. Correct by: July 16, 2020.

- Front area hand washing station provided with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and single use paper towels.
- 200 ppm quats available from in pails and spray bottle.
- 3 compartment sink available for manual dishwashing.
- Food items stored in coolers are covered.
- Dry food items stored off the ground and organized.
- Temperature records maintained and available for review.
- General sanitation satisfactory.
