Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Upon inspection savoury pastries did not have shelf life sticker affixed. Manager removed them for disposal at time of inspection. This is a repeat violation noted previously in my inspection report on April 28.
Corrective Action(s): Savoury products must be labelled with their shelf life stickers as per Tim Hortons's corporate Food Safety Plan. Failure to adhere to the food safety plan will result in the revocation of the ambient temperature hold time.
