-Facility is used weekly.
-No potentially hazardous foods stored on-site at the time of inspection. Foods brought on-site weekly.
-Upright cooler was at 4C.
-Upright freezer was at -18C.
-Coffee area refrigerator/freezer was at 2C/-18C.
-Cooling wand available for rapidly cooling potentially hazardous foods.
-Accurate thermometers present in cold holding units
-High temperature dishwasher had a final rinse of 72C on the dish surface (minimum 71C required for proper sanitizing).
-2-compartment sink used for manual warewashing. 2 sink plugs available.
-Both handwash stations easily accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
-Bleach sanitizer spray bottles properly labelled and tested at 200ppm. Sanitizer only needs to be prepared when the kitchen is in use.
-General sanitation good at the time of inspection.
-No signs of pests noted at the time of inspection.
