Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Employee seen observed only rinsing items in 3 compartment sink. This is unacceptable and all items must be washed with detergent, rinsed with potable water, and soaked in sanitizer for the appropriate contact time.
Corrective Action(s): Re-wash and sanitize the items improperly washed and sanitized. Retrain staff on proper dishwashing practices as per sanitation plan. Date to be corrected: immediately
