Follow-up to inspection report #NTRG-BBJVL4: Code 209: Not corrected. Code 304: Still pending correction. Rodent droppings observed on rice bags (had glossy surface- could be cleaned off) still and under the bags of sugar near the front (droppings found under the plastic lining that didn't touch the sugar package). Food items still not stored at least 6 inches off the floor or in hard plastic with lid. Code 305: Corrected for the areas noted in the previous inspection report. However, some clutter found behind the chest freezers in the back. Code 306: Corrected. Major improvement seen. Code 312: Corrected. *Door gap still found under front door. Operator fixed the door gap underneath to prevent pest from entering premises at time of inspection. *Operator mentioned that they had called another pest control company. Pest control report from May 30, 2019 indicated that there were lots of mice droppings observed. Weekly pest control services must be provided. Operator says that everything will be done by Monday. Order is rescinded. If items are not corrected by Monday, the closure order will be in effect again.
