Corrective Action(s): Ensure staff keep cell phones either on their person and all personal drinks in designated staff area that does not have the potential to spill onto food preparation areas.
Grease trap surfaces are extremely dirty and should not be used for storing anything other than cleaning supplies.

NOTE: Recent observation of rodent droppings in storage area located in new addition of mall on other side of food court. Monitor for rodents. Evidence of rodent infestation not at this facility or storage unit. External doors along corridor behind restaurant do not have door sweeps to prevent entry of pests into this back hall. Alert mall of this issue as this could lead to rodents gaining access to corridor.
