Routine inspection conducted:

- Handwashing station adequately supplied with liquid soap, paper towels and hot/cold running water.
- Coolers operating at/below 4'C; freezers operating below -18'C.
- Hot-holding units operating above 60'C.
- Thermometers available for temperature monitoring.
- 200ppm chlorine solution available in a spray bottle and at dishwashing sink.
NOTE: Ensure to add 1/2 tsp of bleach per 1L of water to prepare the correct concentration of sanitizer at all times.
NOTE: Label the bottle as 'sanitizer'.
- General food storage practice satisfactory throughout.
- No evidence of pest activity observed. Traps in place.

General maintenance and sanitation of the facility satisfactory. No concerns observed at this time.
