Observation: The following observations were noted during inspection:
1. Dishwasher found at 0ppm concentration for sanitizing cycle.
2. Bleach water sanitizer was not available for sanitizing food contact surfaces.
Corrective Action(s): Dishwasher is going to be repaired as soon as possible. Operator has called repair man. Dishwasher must reach 50ppm concentration for sanitizing cycle. Ensure to use bleach dip method for sanitizing of all dishes or provide disposable dishes for customer use.

Bleach water sanitizer was prepared by employee during time of inspection. bleach water sanitizer at 100ppm concentration. Rags are to be stored in bleach water sanitizer (not on the counter).

Observation: operator has foodsafe certification however, no other employees have foodsafe certification. Operator was not present onsite during time of inspection.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure there is one person with foodsafe certification at all times.

Comments

Routine inspection.
Handwashing stations are equipped with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels.
Coolers are all 4c or below.
Freezers at -20c.
No hot holding units being used for holding food items.
Foods in dry storage area are found off the floor.
Cleaning is done on routinely basis under all hard to reach areas.
Pest control in place. No pest activity noted during time of inspection. Apna Pest control is contracted for monthly inspections.

The following requires opeartors attention:
1. see above noted violations
2. Operator plans to change facility. Resubmit new plans to health department. If there are any menu changes, please submit those changes as well.
note: back washroom for employees is not in operation. This washroom is being used for non-food storage. Operator has informed the employee washroom will be changed to mop sink storage room.
