Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Food contact surface, vegetable cutting board is not properly sanitized. No sanitizer solution provided.
Corrective Action(s): Provide sanitizer solution to sanitize cutting board and vebetable counter. Ensure knives are sanitized properly and frequently.
Note: Operator was provided with instruction about how to make sanitizer solution with household bleach. Operator provided the sanitizer at the time of inspection.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 1. Back door observed open at the time of inspection. This allows pest entrance to the premises.
2. Clutter and unnecessary items were observed in the premise. This allows harbouring area for pest and it make cleaning difficult.
Corrective Action(s): 1. Please ensure the back door remains closed all the time.
2. Remove unnecessary items from the premise. Provide divider between food area and storage area. Storage area is to be kept clean all the time.

General Comments/Recommendations:
Food is to be kept at least 6" above the floor.
Vegetable coolers are to be kept clean and free of soil all the time.
Temperature Control:
All coolers are at or below 4C - good
All freezer units are at or colder than -18C - good
Dishwashing sink is clean and satisfactory.
An active pest control and monitoring required to be maintained in the facility.
