Observation: Brown mould like spots observed on the white plate of ice machine. Staff stated that ice machine was cleaned last month.
Corrective Action(s): To prevent any risk of food contamination, please clean and sanitize the ice machine as per your approved Sanitation Plan.

Observation: - Build of food debris observed behind equipment and along the walls & corners.
- Storage room located downstairs has build up of papers & debris that could attract pest into the facility.
Corrective Action(s): Please conduct a deep cleaning of the facility followed by regular cleaning as per the Sanitation Plan.

Observation: One of the handwash sink in the front has leakage issue. Staff stated that one of the taps are loose.
Corrective Action(s): Please repair the plumbing issue and ensure that equipment is maintained in good working order. Please notify your district EHO once the handwash sink has been serviced.

Comments

Routine inspection conducted.

Findings:
- General sanitation of the facility was satisfactory.
- Temperature of prep coolers, walk in cooler & stand up coolers recorded at or below 4C
- Freezers including walk in freezer recorded below -18C
- Front freezer close to cash register at -9C
- All handwash sink had adequate supply of hot and cold running water, liquid soap and single use paper towels.
- 200ppm QUATS solution recorded in the sanitizin pail and dispensing unit at 3 comp sink.
- 3 compartment dishwashing sink used for manual dishwashing.
- Food was stored at least 6 inches off the floor.
- Staff has valid FOODSAFE Level 1 certificate (Exp June 12, 2027)
- Permit posted at the front.
- No signs of pest activity observed.
