Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Broken food processor was not cleaned before being stored in clean storage area. Bits of carrot was stuck to this food processor.
Corrective Action(s): Always clean and sanitize food equipment after use. Do not return dirty equipment to clean storage areas without cleaning first. Operator discarded this food processor as it is broken.

Observation: 1. Several containers of food in the walk-in cooler were not covered with lids.
2. Large bag of MSG in the dry storage area was not sealed.
3. Shoes were being stored next to food items in the dry storage area.
Corrective Action(s): 1. Cover all containers of food to protect them from potential contamination.
2. Seal this bag of MSG. Do not leave bags/packages/containers of food open when not in use.
3. Remove the shoes. Do not store them next to food items.

Observation: Temperature logs have not been maintained since December 2018.
Corrective Action(s): Start measuring and recording temperatures for all coolers and freezers at least twice per day. Each unit must be measured and recorded individually. Keep temperature logs on site for review.
