Wiping cloths stored in sanitizing solution.
Walk-in freezer was at -18 deg C.
Walk-in cooler was at 2-3 deg C.
Prep line coolers were at or below 4 deg C.
Hot holding for burger patties and chicken were at or above 60 deg C.
Hot holding chilli and gravy was at or above 60 deg C.
