Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Found sausages in prep cooler to be 10.4 C and noodles soaking in water to be 21 C.
Corrective Action(s): -Must keep potentially hazardous foods below 4 C at all times.
- Do not over fill inserts in prep cooler.
- Keep noodles in the cooler after hydrating.
- Food items were discarded.

Observation: 1. Found multiple items put away with food still on them.
2. Found containers being stacked while drying, water trapped inside.

2. Must ensure all equipment and utensils are completely dried before stacking.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Found hand sink in back kitchen to be completely blocked by frozen food in sink, and front hand sink had no liquid soap.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure both hand sinks are easily accessible and well stocked with liquid soap and paper towel at all times during operation.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Observed staff not changing their gloves but using a dirty rag to wipe the gloves clean.
Corrective Action(s): Must change gloves when they become soiled, rewash hands before putting on new gloves.
Remind all staff of proper hand washing practices.

2. Remove garbage bag from shelves, refinish shelves so they are easily washable.
