No paper towels in the dispensers. They are on order. Ensure that paper napkins are available for use at the handwashing stations in the mean time.
Cheese curds and sour cream stored in above counter inserts were warm. Manager reported that they are discarded after 4 hrs (10am-2pm).
General sanitation is satisfactory.
Temperature of refrigeration and hot holding units are satisfactory. Temperature logs are maintained.
Checked the cooking temperature of the breaded chicken and one of the patties. They were satisfactory.
