303 - Equipment/facilities/hot & cold water for sanitary maintenance not adequate [s. 17(3); s. 4(1)(f)] Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Handsink across 3 compartment sink is leaking at the faucet base and the pipe. This was a previously coded violation. Corrective Action(s): Correction order issued. Manager placed work order at time of inspection. Violation Score: 5

308 - Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces are not in good working order [s. 16(b)] Observation: Pipe is leaking water at handsink across the 3 compartment sink. At time of inspection, hot water was turned on and water was leaking from both the base of the faucet and the pipe underneath the sink. The manager on site tightend the faucet base (as was done previously) which stopped that base from leaking. However, the pipe was still leaking. Corrective Action(s): Correction order issued: Get your sink serviced by a professional. The tightening of the base does not appear to be a permanent solution. Manager placed a work order to get sink repaired at time of inspection. Violation Score: 15
